Report from our instructor

unique routine

"As an instructor teaching the children for only a month, I have noticed changes in certain children such as being able to concentrate and stay focussed longer, being able to listen to instructions and follow them well and also improvements in motor skills. Some have very good intuitive power and strong analytical skills. Let me share with you the changes I have observed in a non Shichida-trained child.

Boy A was an active child who could not sit too long and showed weakness in his motor skills. He did not like to write as he found it tiring. When I first started him on writing, he needed help from me to tighten his grip on the pencil so that he could complete the worksheet. After one month in our Kindergarten, when the same worksheet was being passed to him, he could complete the whole piece without my help even though he had a tendency to give up half way. When he was about to give up, I told him that he had done a good job so far as he had completed half of it without my help this time and I believed that he can complete the whole thing. With that, he told me he would try and indeed, he completed it in the end with a big cheerful smile. That was the smile of satisfaction. Now, his mother tells me that he will practise writing his name without being told to. With praises given to him for the effort that he put into everything, he even told me that he will control himself from misbehaving in class."
